My Experiences Buying Abstract Paintings

Buying and collecting abstract paintings can be a labor of love. I love abstract paintings. I think that my favorite medium is gouache. I recently purchased a work from Oscar Bluemner. The person I bought this abstract art from had it in storage for over twenty years. I am going to hang this piece in my office.

Kevin Daniel of Minnesota was born in 1951. Kevin Daniel continues to attract a growing body of art collectors. His honors have been many and include 1997 U.S. Art Hall of Fame, 1991 Minnesota Wildlife Heritage Foundation Artist of the Year; 1987 North American Limited Edition Dealers (collector plates) Artist of the Year; and winner of the 1990 Minnesota Duck Stamp competition.
